1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "PKR Wallet": the Pakistani Rupee balance held within your 0k555 Account, funded through approved deposits and credited with any winnings.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on 0k555. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 0k555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0k555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs issued as part of two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your 0k555 account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 0k555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 0k555 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major Pakistan commercial banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Allied Bank, and Meezan Bank. All payment methods are subject to availability and 0k555 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.

Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits process in under 60 seconds. Bank transfer timings vary by institution. 0k555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your verified 0k555 account.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms govern for matters directly related to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to accounts as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms, wagering requirements on 0k555 bonuses must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unwagered Bonus Funds expire after this period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states that repeat participation is permitted.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 0k555's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Termination & Suspension

0k555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account for a reason other than breach, fraud, or regulatory instruction, any remaining real-money PKR Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their most recently used Approved Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as relevant to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Pakistan consumer protection law.
